He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Weaver and Elizabeth Myers Weaver; his wife Marywill E. Weaver; and his siblings, Pauline Carden, Mildred Greer, Dottie Liles, Deloris Ward, Doris Long, Mamie Maples, Clare McMahan, Jean Mowery and Bob Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Taylor (Andy) of Spring City, Tennessee and Greg Weaver (Holly) of Acworth, Georgia. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
