He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ruff and Jane Lesing Ruff; and his brother Robert Ruff. He is survived by: his significant other Roger Farmer of Spring City, TN; and his close friends, Mike Langford of Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Donna Sahm of Philadelphia.
