He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Miles Wiggins; his parents, Arthur Wiggins and Grace Wiggins; and his siblings, Cora Anne Fugate and Quinton Wiggins.
He is survived by: his son Brandon Wiggins; and his sister Susie Stalvey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
