He is survived by: his children, Shanna Vanhorn (Butch), Hollie Meeks and Levi Meeks; his sisters, Teddie Jane Clark and Kellie Denise Brown; and his grandchildren, Autumn and Addalyn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
