He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry William and Mary Elizabeth Stephens Millmine; and his siblings, Oliver Henry, Eugene Ross, Robert Lee, Paul Raymond, David Michael Millmine and Vivian Bernice Sheldon.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Millmine of Spring City; his children, Bill Millmine (Emily) of Delphos and Vicky Politowski (Bruce) of Macomb; his siblings, Leon Millmine of Zephyrhills, Joyce Hall of Rexton and Nadine Garvaglia of Rexton; and his grandchildren, Lucas Millmine, Jayden and Shelby Politowski.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 127, Spring City, TN 37381.
