She was predeceased by: her husband Hoyt A. Riggs. She is survived by: her son Richard L. Riggs (Barb); her daughter-in-law Kimberly K. Riggs; her grandsons, Chance (Ashley), Jacob (Kelsey), Matthew (Carley) and Kevin; and her great grandchildren, Emma Grace Riggs, Evie Mae Riggs, Hadley Clair and Haigen Olivia Riggs.
Per the current health situation and mandate of the Hamilton County Mayor, all family members and visitors must adhere to all CDC guidelines, including social distancing and the wearing of facial coverings for visitation and/or services.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
