He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Elsie Mae Crabtree Smith Sr.; and his sister Patricia Waldo. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Moore Smith of Spring City; and his siblings, David Smith (Margaret) of Spring City, James Smith of Spring City, Wanda Moore of Spring City, Linda Reed (Kenneth) of Spring City and Peggy Sanchez (Jose) of Immokalee, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
