He was predeceased by: his parents, Samual Hailey Sr. and Maude Odell Hailey; and his brothers, James Ernest Hailey and Sam Lawson Hailey Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mauveline "Molly" Berry Hailey; his son John Berry Hailey; and his sister Jewell Ann Smith Many. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
