He is survived by: his children, Jade, Blake Neely and Aubree Neely; his grandchildren, Jahden, Azilyn Evans, Taylor and Allie Hill; his siblings, Roger Neely (Stephanie), Pat Rankin (Mike), Michael Neely (Cindy), Scott Neely (Sasha) and Charity Neely Evans; his sister-in-law Julie Neely; and his fiancée Letha Garrett. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and extended family.
