He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Creekmore and Irene Pitt Creekmore; his son Michael Creekmore; his brothers, Robert, Terry, Joseph and Russell Creekmore; and his grandson Benjamin Hampson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Baker Creekmore; his children, Stephen Hampson of Hendersonville, TN, Mark Creekmore (Sandra) of Hendersonville, TN, Donna Davis of Portland, TN, Leslie Pack of Doyle, TN and Staci Hatmaker (Terri) of South Florida; and his siblings, Richard Creekmore of Lafayette, TN and June Canter of Gallatin, TN.. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
