She is survived by: her husband Warren Glenn King; her children, Jonathan Gerome Blaylock, Kathy Lynn Smith (Brian), April Michelle Camacho (Alfredo), Amanda Leeann Rollins, Carla Renee Campbell, Lesa Marie Bullins (Chad) and Sidney Wayde Michelle Flowers (Colby); and her siblings, Chris Blaylock (Carrie), Clara Holt and Laura Blaylock-Davis (Richard). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends.
