He is survived by: his wife Paula Simmons Pack; his sons, John Pendleton, Jason Pendleton (Barbara), Jamey Pack (Margret) and Jeremy Pack (Callie); his siblings, George Pack Jr., Willie Pack (Bertha), Mary Lou Williamson, Rose McReynolds (Bill) and Audrey Taylor (Larry); his grandchildren, Ethan Pendleton, Dylan Ray Pack, Angel Lucille Pack, Kylee Maree Pack, Taylor Smith, Tiffany Smith, Kelsey Smith, Abby Pendleton and Cayden Pack; and his sister-in-law Barbara Pack.
