He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Prater and Lula Belle Curtis Prater; his brother Eugene "Bo" Prater; and his nephew Trampus Holloway. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Webb Prater; his sister Alene Walker of Dunlap; his nieces, Tera Wooden (Barry) of Spencer and Tabatha Webb (Terry) of Spencer; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dakota, Wyatt, Dalton Wooden, Katlin Cole and Samantha Floyd; and also Scarlett Wooden. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and extended family.
