He is survived by: his mother Emma Brock Patrick; his aunts and uncles, Lillian Kirby, Gladys Simmons, James, Harold, Roy and Ronnie Brock; his nieces, Misty Keith (Will) and Ginger Dixon (Jesse); and his close friends, Charles Smith, Shay Reis, Shawn Holt and Robbie Shields.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
