It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randall Lee Blair of Spencer, Tennessee, born in McMinnville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 6, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Blair and Glenna Faye Jones Blair; and his granddaughter Kimber Blair. He is survived by: his wife Peggie Whitworth Blair; his children, Jeffrey Blair (Elisha), April Shockley (Don), Dale Mooneyham Jr. (Tina) and Rhett Blair; his grandchildren, Devin, Bryson James, Remington, Regan, Knox, Kamryn, Lexi, Kayleigh, Layne, Quinton, Jocie, Bryson Robert, Peyton and Chelsea; his siblings, Ricky Blair (Vickie), Jeff Blair (Angie), Ella Florence Mitchell and Pattie Migleore (Pino); his sisters-in-law, Shirley Simmons (AR) and Marilyn Potter (Bobie); and his friend David West (Stephanie). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and lots of special friends.
