She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Oakes and Billie Cope Oakes. She is survived by: her sons, Allen Moore of Spencer and Billy Vaughn of McMinnville; and her siblings, Ronnie Oakes (Shirley) of Spencer and Treva Allen of McMinnville.
