With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Hastings of Spencer, Tennessee, born in Monterey, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2024 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denton Murphy and Linnie Lucille Abston Murphy; her former husband Donald Hensley; and her brothers, Charles Murphy and Michael Murphy.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Hastings; her daughters, Donna Dodson (Terry) and Dena Neal (Barry); her grandchildren, Ashley Neal of Spencer, Brayton Neal of Spencer and Donnie Neal of Spencer; her sister Betty Calahan of Cookeville; and her stepchildren, Melissa Hastings of Cookeville, Donna Hennessee (Rick) of Rock Island, Deborah Hurd (Gary) of Colorado, Anthony Hastings (Ann) of Savannah, Michael Hastings (Meghan) of Cookeville and Matthew Hastings (Ashley) of Spencer. She is also survived by 13 step grandchildren, and 17 step great-grandchildren.
