He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Shelton and Geneva Ellen Black O'Neal; his wife Mary Brymer O'Neal of Virginia; and his brothers, Randy Delano O'Neal, James Flynn O'Neal and Robert Glenn O'Neal.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Sharbano, Wanda Martin (Bob), Kathy Jordan, William Keith O'Neal and Hugh O'Neal (Teresia).
