She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Frasier and Martha Welch Frasier. She is survived by: her children, Darrin Stephens of Sparta and Lindsey Stephens of Spencer; her siblings, Lonnie Frasier of McMinnville and Mellissa Frasier of South Carolina; her grandmother Georgie Welch; and her aunts, Betty Hodge, Dorothy Frasier and Mary Ann Welch. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
