She is survived by: her children, Venita Bouldin (Alan) and Jerry Simmons (Judy); her grandchildren, Dustin Bouldin (Paula), Jarrod Simmons, Jonathon Bouldin, Ryan Simmons, Jason Sullivan and Jennifer Philippe; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Collin, Mallie, Jake, Jaxon, Kade, Samuel, Trysten, Logan and LeAndra; her great great grandchild Nolan Smith; and her siblings, Frank Hale, Bobby Hale and Jeanette Frentzos. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
