With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maddox Colt Forsythe of Spencer, Tennessee, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on July 1, 2021 at the age of 5. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Lansford Forsythe; and his great-grandparents, Olen Mooneyham and James Walling. He is survived by: his parents, Lansford Paul and Wendy Mooneyham Forsythe; his siblings, Lansford Draven Forsythe (Zoe), Colton Briley Forsythe (Emee) and Lowen Mooneyham; his grandparents, June Forsythe, Larry and Sharon Walling Mooneyham; his great-grandparents, Mildred Walling and Billie Sue Mooneyham; his nephew Case Forsythe; his niece Rubye Kate Forsythe; his cousin Ledger Pickett; and his brother Lolo.

To honor Maddox, Paul and Wendy ask in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Boyd Christian School in McMinnville, TN.
