It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Ruth Tobitt of Spencer, Tennessee, who passed away on January 16, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sam and Agnes Crain Mills. She is survived by: her siblings, Tim Tobitt (Amy) of Smithville and Sammy Mills of Spencer; and her granddaughter Donna Bumbalough (Lynn) of McMinnville.
