He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Haskell Rigsby and Nannie Alyne McCoy Rigsby; his sister Mary Etta Martin; and his son-in-law Rex Allen Martin. He is survived by: his children, Martin Rigsby of Baxter, TN, Emily Rigsby of McMinnville, TN and Logann Martin of Spencer, TN; his grandchildren, Emilya Hobbs, Chloe Martin, Lex Dodson, Farmer Rigsby, Eden Grissom and Ellea Rigsby; and his siblings, Don Rigsby (Bonnie) of Smithville, TN, Benny Rigsby of Sparta, TN, Bill Rigsby (Christina) of Wartburg, TN and Annette Hatfield (John) of Columbia, TN. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
