He was predeceased by: his father William Henry "W. H.". He is survived by: his wife Carol June Madewell Forsythe; his son Lansford Paul Forsythe (Wendy); his grandsons, Lansford Draven Forsythe (Zoe), Colton Briley Forsythe (Emalee) and Maddox Colt Forsythe; his great grandchildren, Rylan Case Forsythe and Rubye Kate; his siblings, Willene Brock (Sam), Mamie Barlow, Freda Young, Sally Lockwood and Donald Forsythe (Shella); his niece Thelie Madewell Many; and his close friend Melinda Walling. He is also survived by Many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to the Spencer Senior Center.
