He is survived by: his wife Rosalee Jones Blaylock; his children, Kellie Blaylock Studley (John), Johnny Lee Blaylock and Kimberly Irene Vance; his mother Cecil Williams Warren; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann Davis, Quinton Prater, Jared Prater, Lindsay Walker, Katie Smith and Abigail Smith.
