She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clyde and Hallie Mae Hale Madewell; and her sister Iva Nell Brymer. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Simmons; her children, Brian Simmons (Katina) and Cynthia Sullivan (C. B. Jr.); her brother Billy Joe Madewell (Brenda); her grandchildren, Zach Sullivan (Lisa), Dalton Sullivan, Kinsey Hurst (Adam), Dylan Simmons and Cade Simmons; her great grandchildren, Allie Gray, Kennedy Sullivan, Rowan Sullivan, Abrahm Sullivan, Case Hurst and Jaylee Sullivan; and her brother-in-law Joe Brymer. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, and an extended family.
