He is survived by: his wife Katelyn Wade Bouldin Simmons; his parents, James Allen and Sandra Jean Simmons; his brother Brandon Simmons; his grandmother Iva Lee Simmons; his parents-in-law, Patty Ann Hodge (Dewayne) and Jerry Wade Bouldin; his siblings-in-law, Kyle Bouldin (Alicia), Boo Bouldin and Kayla Hitchcock (Nathaniel); and his nieces and nephews, Brianna, Sutton Simmons, Abygail Presley, Brookelyn, Carli, Milly Hitchcock, Luke Tyson, Kaylin, Jake Bouldin, Skylee Brymer, Lainey Kilgore, Olivia and Beau Bouldin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Layne Funeral Home & Cremation Services (151 Argo Rd, Spencer, TN 38585). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
