He is survived by: his wife Iva Brock Simmons; his children, Iva Mooneyham (Michael) and Allen Simmons (Sandra); his grandchildren, Brandon Simmons, Dillion Simmons (Katie), Shannon Mooneyham (Sharon), James Perry Mooneyham and Dusty Mooneyham; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Alyssa, Rilee, Jaythyn, Harley, Seth, Brianna, Sutton and Abygail. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
