It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Madewell (Spencer, Tennessee), who passed away on January 26, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Madewell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Madewell and Dovie Sparkman Madewell; and his siblings, Elizabeth Sullivan, Freddie, Bill, Estes and Donald Edward Madewell.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Madewell and Margret Wilcox (Tony); his granddaughter Jessica Walling (Kyle Amy Solomon); his sister June Forsythe (Lanceford Nina Forsythe); his great grandchildren, Alexus Solomon, Haylee, Addacyn Emery, Ryker, Elsie Walling and A. J. Willis; and his close friends, Jerry Kirby and Sam Roberts.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Senior Citizens Center of Spencer or to the Hodges Cemetery fund.
