She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Ray Morris; her parents, Parker Hitchcox and Ida Pearl Hitchcox; her siblings, Dennis, Cleveland Hitchcox, Charoletta "Ottie" Rogers and Linda Sue Walker; and her great-nephew Joshua Hitchcox.
She is survived by: her sister Vivian Webb of Pikeville, TN; her brothers-in-law, Melvin Walker and L. B. Rogers; her close friend Shirley Dykes; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Hitchcox and Margie Hitchcox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
