She is survived by: her sisters, Agnes Simmons (Sherman) and Carolyn McBride (Aubrey); her husband Joe Moffitt; her children, Julee Ellsworth (Dan), Bryce Hitchcock (Keeley), Mandy Goodwill (Mathew), Lori Jones (Patrick), Blake Hitchcock (Lauren) and Brett Hitchcock; and also, Christy White (Eric), Betsy Shepherd (Justin), Eric Moffitt (Kristi), Matthew Moffitt (Jenny), Leah Anderson (Shawn) and Holly Blatter (Clinton).
In lieu of flowers, she requested donations to any of the following charitable organizations: Latter-day Saint Charities, Sarcoma Foundation of America, or Kids of the Community.
