He was predeceased by: his mother Lola Mooneyham Ashley; his grandson Josh Mooneyham; his great grandchild Wilder Delong; and his siblings-in-law, Emma Hodges Moore, R. C. and Robert Hodges.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hodges Mooneyham; his children, Marlene Delong (Phillip), Tracy Mooneyham (Jessica) and Kurtis Mooneyham; his stepfather Maynard Ashley; his sister Peggy Simmons (Kenny); his sisters-in-law, Bobbie Hodges and Theresa Hodges; his grandchildren, Jordan Delong (Adriann), Jessica Delong, Hadlee Bigley, Abel Pettit and Nicole Mooneyham; his great grandchild Silas Delong; and also Keith Hillis. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
