She was predeceased by: her parents, William Glayds and Lillian Avo Morris Forsythe; her husband James Lloyd Yates; her siblings, Willie Joe, Woodrow Charles Forsythe and Audrey Lee Simmons; and her great grandchild Isabella Yates.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Anne Kell of Lynn Haven, FL and James Dale Yates (Teresa) of Spencer; her siblings, Willard Forsythe (Betty) of Spencer and Kaye Clowdus (Richard) of Cheyenne, WY; her grandchildren, Regina Raplee (Jose), Julie Clark (Warren), Dustin Yates (Rebecca) and Ross Yates (Heather); her great grandchildren, Nic Raplee (Doshia), Alex, Tiffany Raplee, Sara, Emily, Taylor Clark, Savannah, Landon Yates, Maebry and Ryan Yates; and her great great grandchild Grayson O'Brien. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Spencer Town Cemetery Trust and Spencer Church of God of Prophecy.
