It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Howard (Spencer, Tennessee), who passed away on January 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Crain and Thelia Passons Crain; her husbands, John Sam Mills and Walter Howard; her siblings, Sophie Hale, Ellen Crain, Hobert Crain and Homer "Junior" Crain; and her daughter-in-law Pat Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Tobitt Donna Bumbalough (Lynn) and Sammy Mills; her siblings, Betty Jean Madewell and Charles Crain; and her grandchildren, Tim Tobitt (Amy), Danny Lee (Shawna), Tonya McCulley (Bill), Stacy Mills (Crystal), Tonya Mills (Titus) and Cody Mills (Morgan). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren 6 great great grandchildren several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
