She was predeceased by: her father Lee Carroll; and her husbands, Nelson Collinsworth and Jim Partin. She is survived by: her brothers, Michael Ray Carroll and Roger Carroll; her mother Marie Hopper; her children, Dale Collinsworth (Diana), Melissa Seals (Ronald), Dustin Partin and Regan Lee; and her sister Darlene Adams. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 4 Great Grandchildren Several nieces, nephews, and many other relative and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
