He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Earl Hawk and Juanita McDaniel Hawk; his grandparents, Calvin, Pairlee Hawk, John and Nora McDaniel; his siblings, Barbara Ann Partin, Vincent Hawk and David Earl Hawk; his sister-in-law Liz Hawk; and his grandson Brantley Upton.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Upton Hawk; his children, Christopher Hawk and Brittany Hawk; his stepchildren, Jeffrey Martin (Melissa) and Maggie Upton; his grandchildren, Bryson Upton, Dennis Hawk, Keisha Hawk, Ava Hawk, Aaliyah Flanary, Marley Flanary, Kyson Daniels, Madison Madeline Martin, Brooklyn Poppe and Gracie Upton; his siblings, Pat Owens (Gene), Sue England (John), Janis Cook (Gerald), Arleen Wilson (Larry), Linda Barnett (Benny), Allen Hawk and Diane Hawk; his brother-in-law James Partin (Sue); and his cousin Steve Lynch. He is also survived by brother, as well as a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Cawood Funeral Home (112 S 21st St, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
