She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lakins and Bessie Lakins (Shelton); her sisters, Jackie Mulineix and Glend Paciorek; her niece Tara Fowler; and her nephew Marty Paciorek.
She is survived by: her close friend Bill Lane; her children, Melanie Fowler, Kristen Fowler, Bailee Fowler and Maraylee Fowler; her siblings, Gary Lakins, Robert Lakins (Kathy), Dorothy Coker (Bill) and Joyce Pace; and her nieces and nephews, Brenda Hunter, Robin Delaver, Eric Mulneix, Shawn Alex Mulneix, Dawn Paciorek, Michael Paciorek, Donna, Michael Pace, Justin, Kristine and Allison Lakins. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
