He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Moyers and Geraldine Moyers (Shipley); his siblings, Eddy Moyers and Dorothy Ford; and his niece Amanda Gail Moyers.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Moyers Jones, Marvin Lynn Moyers, Jr. and Monica Prater (Shane); his grandchildren, William Prater, Barrett Jones, Laska Prater and Ellie Moyers; and his siblings, Alan Moyers, Dennis Moyers, Michael Moyers, Mitchell Moyers (Lisa), Carolyn Graves, Betty Graves (Melvin) and Bobbie Moyers. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
