He is survived by: his son Mack Dusty Owens of Speedwell; his brothers, Alburn Owens (Glenda) of Speedwell and Ken Owens (Sandy) of LaFollette; his niece Teresa Henegar; and his cousin Steve Hopper. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
