He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Powers and Virgie Leach Powers; and his brother Darrell Lynn Powers. He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Powers, Alice Jenkins (Richard), Kathy Powers and Regina Allen (Joe). He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
