He was predeceased by: his parents, Henderson Thomas and Ethel Paul Thomas (Janice); his son James; and his sister Catherine White. He is survived by: his children, Greg (Barb Thomas), Dan Thomas (Rachel) and Janelle (Jeff Love); his close friend Pearl Hopper; his grandchildren, Josh Thomas, Jared, Rachel Goodnight, Jay, Sarah Thomas, Nichole, Nichelle, Bruce VanMeter, Dustin, Bre Lawson and Donovan Thomas (Bev); and his great grandchildren, Sarai Thomas, Hudson Goodnight, James, Anna Thomas, Jordan, Brittany, Kayson, Blaine, Teigan VanMeter and Brynlee Lawson.
