He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Moore; and his parents, Raymond Moore and Lida Moore. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Sebastian, Charlotte Gosnell and Harvey Moore Jr. (Jan); his grandchildren, Lisa, Tina, Billy, Regina, Bryan, Matthew, Michael, Nikki and Erica; and his close friends, Gary Short and Franklin Smith. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
