She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Cains and Mary Jane Alter Cains. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Gary Lewellen; her son Ryan Christopher Lewellen (Jessica Ann); her granddaughter Evelyn Rose Lewellen; and her siblings, Donald Cains, John Cains (Kay) and Kathy Haines (Joe). She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, relatives, and many beloved friends.
