She is survived by: her husband Charles Combs; her children, Belinda McCullah (Terry), Anthony Earl, Diana and Joan; her grandchildren, Christian McCullah (Brittany) and Blayne McCullah; her great grandchild Ana McCullah; and her siblings, Lilly Halcomb, Madge Treadway, Betty Edwards and J. C. McDonald (Carolyn). She is also survived by Several other Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
