She was predeceased by: her husband Amos F. Edwards; her parents, James Day and Flossie Day; and her siblings, Shirley Cottrell, Edith LeMarr, Margaret Day and James Day.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Petrey Ayers, Tony (Jill Petrey) and Trevor (Brenda Petrey); her siblings, Mildred and Thomas; and her close friend Elaine Bolton A. She is also survived by Grandkids and 4 Great Grandkids.
