He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Alan Mounts (Angela) of Speedwell, Jeffrey Duane Mounts of LaFollette, Gregory Craig Mounts of Speedwell and Dennis Frank Mounts of Texas; his siblings, James Mounts of Harrogate, Carlos Mounts of Dandridge and Retha Matney of Hurley, VA; and his half-siblings, Ted Justice, Ronnie Justice and Gloria Celina. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great- grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
