He is survived by: his daughter Jessica West Horner (Steve); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn West and Isaiah Daniels; his siblings, Randy Russell (Cookie) and Charlotte Wilson (Graylon); his brother-in-law Donnie Carlton; his nieces and nephews, LeeAnn Walker (Darrell), Nichole Goins (Brian), Candace Russell, Josh Russell (Donna), Tonya Davis (Robbie), Tarra Wilson, Amanda Taylor (David) and Cara Beth Couch (Jason); his aunt Eula Gray Jones; his close friends, Denver Reeves and Sue Hoskins; and his friend Wayne McCulley. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
