She is survived by: her husband James "Otto" Smith of Speedwell, Tennessee; her daughter Bonita Marie; her son-in-law Ronald Lawson of Tazewell, Tennessee; her grandsons, Joshua Miracle of Tazewell, Jonah and Sasha Bussell of Speedwell, Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Grace Miracle of Tazewell and Nolan Ace Miracle of Tazewell, Tennessee; her siblings, Jerry Combs, Pat Bussell of Speedwell, Carmella Schenkenfelder of Harrogate, Cindy Combs of Jefferson City and Vicky Cochran of New Tazewell, Tennessee; her siblings-in-law, Darrell (Linda Smith), Dorothy Chumley of Knoxville, Barbara Long of Cumberland Gap and Betsy Douglas Smith of Cumberland Gap, Tennessee; and her cousin Jimmy Ayers.
