He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Whaley and Bertha Whaley; his siblings, Ernest, Roy, Barney Whaley, Baby and Veta Whaley; and his parents-in-law, Ray and Ruby Bratcher.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Bratcher Whaley; his son Evan Whaley; and his siblings, Robert Whaley (Barb Whaley), Eugene Whaley (Charlene), Floyd Whaley (Catherine), Harrison Whaley (Carolyn), Ed Whaley (Mary) and Margaret Hensley. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
