She is survived by: her husband Edward Speed Chapman of Sparta, TN; her daughter Amy Borges (Tony) of Gainesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Drew Allen (Emily) of Baxter, TN, Bethany Borges of Cookeville, TN and Devin Borges (Faith) of Cookeville, TN; and her siblings, Faye Drew of Columbus, GA and Gary Drew (Vicky). She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors.
